Return / Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within five (5) days of receiving your item. All returned items must be in new and unopened condition, with all original packaging and labels attached.
To return an item, Return Merchandise Authorization is needed please email us at [email protected] to obtain a RMA. Once you have a RMA, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use tracking and insurance to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Optics are NOT eligible for return/exchange due to factory quality control issues. In the event your optic has an issue, please reach out directly to the manufacture for replacement under their factory warranty.

All sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
3% cancellation fee will be charged for all orders that are cancelled by the customer, but not yet shipped.
15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned merchandise.
